We can finally stop writing about this! Actor Isaiah Washington has been let go from “Grey’s Anatomy” -- if you watched the season finale you saw this a mile coming.
People.com is reporting that the actor will not be returning next season to the hit show on ABC. The cast was told the news on Thursday and a source indicates that it was Washington’s behavior that made him a liability.
Behavior? Really? What did he do, exactly? And what else did he do? And in what lame way did he attempt to make up for it?
So far the only word coming from Isaiah was an oddly cryptic quotation from the 1976 film Network. His publicist released the following statement:
“I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it any more.”
Of course that famous quote from Network came after the main character was fired for poor ratings, unlike “Grey’s Anatomy” which proved to be one of the top rated shows of the past year.

This is bullshit. Why wasn't this guy just fired ASAP? The studio fed him a lot of crap about "rehabilitation". He was made an example of, then he was canned anyway. What does that say about US? (the gays). That we are liars and hold a grudge? I defenitley thought Isaih crossed the line for his comments, but dangling that proverebial carrot in front of his face (his job). Making him dance for us, then trashing him in the end sends an even WORSE message.
