Hello kiddies!

So I can tell from your frothing mouths and glossed-over eyes that you’re still recovering from your Project Runway fix… I know, a year is a long time to go without something you love (I tried giving up coffee last year in hopes that it would make me feel less sluggish… well… after I ended up throwing my blackberry at my intern’s head…I… well, it got messy… I never knew men could have PMS).
So let’s just get into it shall we, oh, and for the record this is my opinion and you have yours, and like mother’s and they’re incorrigible sons I ask you to politely state yours but in the end it’s my way because I said so. (Damn it I hated when my mother used to say that!)
GAME ON!

hey Daniel -
I just spent a whole day watching the entire Project Runway 2
Needless to say, you were my favorite, as Austin Scarlet was my fav in season 1.
I was actually a bit sad after finding out you are gay XD. Why does every talented, nice, cute, confident young man has to be gay? le sigh! but such is the everyday complain of a straight girl who happens to like NICE guys
anywayz, me whining aside -
I have a serious question for you =) and I know you love those ;P
I plan to eventually get into fashion design, and I'm currently completing my last yr of high school (in Canada)
I'm taking both fashion design and art class at school. In fashion we haven't learned much - only drafted a skirt so far. In art I'm not doing too well; I can draw but it seems like I don't GET "art"
Basically my options are:
1) go to Ryerson University for fashion design. Ryerson is one of the few universities in Canada that offers fashion, but they are not very well known around the world. They don't seem to focus a lot on the art part of fashion design, which sucks for me cauz I need it.
2)study Asian Studies at UofT (I've always wanted to learn Japanese), then work a couple yrs to save money, then pursue fashion education
3)apply to FIT or Parsons or CSM and fail - or if magic happens and I get into one of them, but unable to afford tuition
As a former fashion student who has been successful, what do you think I should do?
Any advices would be helpful!

p.s. sorry for the huge long comment

These are brilliant insights on the newest line of designers for PR4, and although I'm super-excited for the new season, I miss the second most. Actually, I had plans with a friend to stop by Red Lobster before this premiere........
Thanks for spending a bit o' your time on this blog. You have no idea how much I anticipate seeing a new post, which I guess is sort of creeper-ish....but I'm not totally addicted, at least not yet.
You've definitely inspired me, not only then but now as well.
