Early Mornings, and Ellen K

So it’s about 9 am and I am done with the first part of my day. My clients have been fed and trained, and now it’s ME time.

I love the mornings, especially early mornings. Los Angeles is not quite buzzing yet, it’s pretty quiet, and you can actually get away with wearing layers.

There are never any lines at Starbucks, so you can get in, do your thang and be on your way. I hate waiting in lines -- so I am usually always early for events or, more importantly, coffee shops.

It’s been a crazy week so far. Bravo informed us that there will be a second season of Work Out and that we will start filming within a couple weeks -- needless to say my producer encouraged us to up our cardio and start our diets -- S#&%. I really try not to be one of those “Do as I say, not as I do” types, but I LOVE TO EAT!

I mean come on, I’m a frickin' chef!

I'm sorry about the breakup. You're hot, and as Danny V said, guys would even line up just to say hi to you. Good luck with the new season of work out and hopefully it would reach our part of the world. Project Runway did. :)

Jesse,

You agree?

I'm also sorry about the breakup but is there no way to salvage the situation? (I'm asking too much. Sorry) I hope that Work Out will reach my part of the world also...I hope to see it soon...

Hmmm, I'm "working on my career" too. Welcome to the club...by the way, you look just like a friend of mine in LA..did you know you have a twin in the 213?

Great news about the second season!

Nice hairstyle. I love that. lol. I hope that I can be in Los Angeles to experience what you've experienced. It sounds great! Take care!

You seem like you are a genuine person, and that is half the battle. I have been interested in taking your boot camp class. I liked your class that I saw on WorkOut. Maybe you can tell me how it all works?

Hey..you seem really cool and genuine. Did I spell that right? Anyhow, this midwestern guy can't wait to get to Hollywood. I hope I meet some cool peeps when I land! Love Workout.
