"Hold on, it's gonna get crazy!!!"
This was, and thank god...the last fight you see me have this series. I get it, I was being a brat...it's done. But, I think that the next two episodes will explain a little more of WHY I was being...let's say...sensitive?
This episode was the ULTIMATE ERIKA EPISODE...and it's about time.

OK, if you weren't at least a little teary-eyed by the end of the episode this week, then something is wrong with you. The therapy session at the retreat was such a powerful experience. Having the Skylab clients share their struggle with us, with ALL of us, not only showed bravery, it showed their true willingness to confront their own issues and make a life change ... that is nothing short of brilliant.
All of the Skylab clients pushed themselves to the extreme to achieve the goals they set out for... and, without saying too much... it totally pays off!
Um, what's next?
Jackie and Rebecca dating, how about that?

To date, this has been my favorite episode. There is a little of everything present this week...ups and downs ... forwards and backwards. It truly is all over the map.
So I think that the most appropriate place to start, as I am sure this topic will be on everyone's mind: What happened to Doug?
Doug got sick. Doug got sick very quickly. Though I am not positive what the exact ailment was, I do know that he wasn't feeling well for a week or so, and after his birthday party he became extremely sick, with what he thought was the flu. He tried to battle the flu with over the counter medication, which made him very dehydrated. Eventually a good friend of his forced him to go to the hospital, where shortly after his kidneys gave out.

Crash diets and cigarettes tend to be the most effective way of losing the weight. A great friend of mine, may she rest in peace, tried this grapefruit, raisen, and laxative diet. She lost over ten pounds in one week! As far as fitness is concerned -- try sprinting on the treadmill after wrapping yourself skin tight in plastic wrap, then top that with a full body sweat suit. After your run, head straight to the sauna, fully clothed.
So -- say good-bye to yummy treats ... and water... and hello to a new, thin you.
*Do not actually try anything suggested here. The above information does not portray the fitness beliefs that Bravo television or Sky Sport and Spa support. These are simply the rantings of a mad man who hasn't been able to have the amount of sugar he wants as a result of too many fat jokes thrown at him by Brian Peeler.

So, lets see where to start? How about with Gregg and Zen?

Now I know both of these kids -- and they are both amazing people. I had no idea their ties ran so deep, but apparently they do. After watching the episode I have to side with Zen in the matter of "how to act in court" we all know "THE MAN" doesn't tend to make decisions based on emotional pleads, but I do get where Gregg is coming from.
It has been rare that I have ever had to deal with discrimination, so I can't say that I can 100% relate with Gregg. The fact of the matter is-:unless it has happened to you, you just don't know how it feels. Gregg is actually a pretty sensitive guy. Do I agree with his method of dealing with that particular situation? Can't say I do -- I just hate violence ---BUT I was relieved that he was given a light sentence. He's a good guy and I would hate to see anything pull him away from his goals.
Done and done.
Sooo... OK, thank God Zen is actually quite funny and no one had to make up things to say to her after her performance, like: "Wow, you sure look tall on stage!"
