So, lets see where to start? How about with Gregg and Zen?

jesse_203_01_320x240.jpg

Now I know both of these kids -- and they are both amazing people. I had no idea their ties ran so deep, but apparently they do. After watching the episode I have to side with Zen in the matter of "how to act in court" we all know "THE MAN" doesn't tend to make decisions based on emotional pleads, but I do get where Gregg is coming from.

It has been rare that I have ever had to deal with discrimination, so I can't say that I can 100% relate with Gregg. The fact of the matter is-:unless it has happened to you, you just don't know how it feels. Gregg is actually a pretty sensitive guy. Do I agree with his method of dealing with that particular situation? Can't say I do -- I just hate violence ---BUT I was relieved that he was given a light sentence. He's a good guy and I would hate to see anything pull him away from his goals.

Done and done.

Jessie,

Thank you SO much for what you said at the sushi table. Don't get me wrong, I love Jackie & Rebecca, but there was no reason for them to expect everyone to just immediately adjust to their...well...STRANGE...new relationship.

I can't stand when people react with the big "WHAT" face.

They should have been adult and comfortable with people's reaction. I mean, you guys DO work with them EVERYDAY.

I was wondering if you could post Jackie's "morning energy shake"....I didn't have enough time to write down the ingredients and it sounded really good.
Thanks

Hey Jesse, I am on your side!!! I don't think you were judgmental at all. I think you had a right to be surprised to see your boss suddenly being so flirtatious and handsy with her (formerly) straight employee. I think the straw that broke the camel's back was that they acted completely incredulous that anyone else should be shocked at their sudden romantic displays.

Anyway, keep rocking! You're my fave on the show!

You are right about Doug...even though it hasn't aired alot of fans already know about the tradedy and my heart still aches. I can't even imagine what his close friends, loved ones, and family must be going through. My love and prayers go out to all of them. HE WILL BE TRULY MISSED.

The reason, however, for my letter has to do with your cooking segment. I was very impressed to see the entire staffs commitment to your SkySportSpaTrainees and giving them an actual cooking lesson. So often a diet guru will just offer up a diet book and tell the poor slob just follow diet plan "B". As per the exception to the usual SkySport kicked it up a few notches and taught your eager trainees how to not only make the food, but yes it can be taste good to.

My question to you Jesse are you making that morning shake recipe available to people that are willing to beg for it on bended knee pleading "oh pleazzzzz"?

Thank god someone speaks the truth on that show. Jesse, your insights into what's happening with Jackie and Rebecca are spot on! I mean come on, why would you lead someone on like that? Aren't relationships hard enough? I'm so glad you made up with Doug also. Sounds like you're definitely a big enough man to admit when it's time to let things go. I know that something has happened to Doug and I guess we'll find out in the coming episode. Keep up the good work and you are NOT fat, you look great!

I think she just wants attention... and she is a slut!....i'm not kidding! Call me a pickey teenager but i seriously think that i mean if she was around my date... i would either tell her to put on some clothes or tell her to get the f*&k away from my date and me!!! hahaha i'm rootin for ya!

Due to complications, I gained a ton of weight and i can't seem to find to energy or the will wo try to fix it even though I know in my heart I need to make some drastic choices. i dont know why I am writing to you, you just seem like the kind of person that I could listen to and could help me make myself better,

Jesse,
Take a chill pill -- Rebecca & Jackie are Adults, and as such they can do as they please as long as there are not hurting anyone. It's one thing to voice an opinion, and something quite different when you act indignant that those two would hook up without your knowing approval. Hence the need for you to take a chill pill -- and stop eating so much too! lol :)
Peace Out

I have a little bit of a problem with the way you act. I think you like to be the center of attention, you hold too many grudges and you say things to people that aren't nice. I know you have your good sides but I don't always think u represent gay people in the right light. It hurts for me to say that cause I am gay but it's true. I take to heart though your comments about not segragating our community but I don't really think Doug meant to hurt you. You have your opinion though and if you took it that way than u have a right to be angry. TRY TO BE NICER!! Sometimes your claws are a little sharp.

The sad thing with Jackie and Rebecca is it's so obvious she's running to another impossible relationship and Jackie appears to love this type of drama. The MOMENT she brreaks it off with Mimi, who does she run to? The One girl that got a rise out of Mimi's jealous streak. This is all to make Brazilian Girl jealous. I just know Mimi was breaking more glassware at her house when the sex party episode premiered this week! LMAO!!!

Jackie is sooooo not over Mimi. She'll tell you with a straight face that she is, but remember when she said she could NEVER see Rebecca as anything more than a little sister? Total PLAYA' move. And it worked! Rebecca turned her own belief system upside down to get with what she was TOLD she could not have! Very smooooth, Jackie.

You speak the truth Jesse! T

Two celebrities come to mind when I think of Rebecca and Jackie... Ann H. and Ellen D. Jackie is gay - but I don't think Rebecca is.

If it's just a casual sex thing between them... then have at it! But I think Jackie is too vulnerable for that right now. And Rebecca (cute and cuddly as she may be) is just experimenting with her sexuality. From what I saw in the first season, Rebecca seemed a little penis crazy then...

But what the heck do I know... we just get a very small snap shot of your lives on the show. There's always more to the story.

Jesse,

Jackie is not the great friend to you that she pretends so be. I have a totally different opinion of her this season than last. If she were your "true" friend, she would have understood where you were coming from on the Rebecca issue, and she would not have pulled that "oops" I forgot Jesse on the body fat measurments. Totally tacky on her part, and very transparent. If she cannot tell an emplyoee to their face that they need to lose weight, she should not have a business of her own. What a poor manager she is.

Rebecca is going to Anne Heche her, and Jackie deserves all she gets for being such a fool. She thinks with her weiner.

Ella wrote:

Hey Jesse,
You were absolutely justified in the Sushi Bar for brining light to the subject of Rebecca and Jackie. While those of us among the million plus viewers affected by the art of editing, we do not know the exact flow of life amid the Work Out family, I can only assume that display was akin to slurping up a giant LIVE clam when you think your getting the California roll.
I must say I am more than a little surprised that Jackie would take on such a potentially litigious relationship. Coming from the Corporate world (I am referring to myself) where sexual harassment videos and tri-fold pamphlets are consumed by millions of 9to 5ers almost as frequently as Folgers & Cremora. It is never wise to romantically involve yourself with an employee, especially with under these circumstances. Whether it is for ratings, jealousy bait, or plain ole things-that-can-only-be-dealt-with-in-therapy issues, it is foolish and if Jackie wants to be on the fast track to success, she just put herself behind the wheel of a 1982 Gremlin, with a transmission problem.
So, do you think Rebecca became more interested in pursuing this relationship after her friend Victoria Fuller informed her she was in a relationship with another woman for 4 months! 
And sweetie, you’re not fat; you are a young man more relatable to the general public. That is a good thing; it means people will trust you because they can identify with you. Best of luck to you in your career and baby, thanks for keeping it real!

i dont get it. what was the big deal? i'm not going to be one of those crazy fans you tells off anyone who dare offend jackie, but i really didnt see why you and the other guys were so hostile and disapproving towards jackie and rebecca's relationship...? as far as i can see, the only logical complaint might be that other co-workers might be concerned that jackie would show favoritism to rebecca, but it seems pretty clear that she takes work very seriously and is pretty professional... so i dont get it... why the hostility?

Jesse!!! Your blog is cool... why so few comments? You are in need of some blog lurve. :) It's great watching you on the show; I think that you are a valuable member and I am COMPLETELY looking forward to watching you branch out w/ SkyLab!! I would venture to guess that most people realize that there is a TON of editing done so that the show looks the way that the producers WANT it to. No worries. :)

Sarsar wrote:

You're not necessarily wrong to react to the way you did after Jackie and Rebecca decided to come out, but I think you could have been the bigger person here and saved a lot of what you said for a private conversation.
You seem to do that a lot on this show - blow off steam in front of a crowd instead of being adult enough to handle a confrontation one on one Especially a conversation with someone like Jackie, whom you have claimed on air to be best friends with.
I don't buy that you were all "just so shocked!" Just "so taken aback!" It's clear that those two have been cultivating some sort of relationship off of the air, and to you folks, who see them every day, it was probably pretty evident that they were together a long time before the sushi dinner.
To insightful viewers, it seemed more like you all were simply waiting for a chance to pounce on a relationship you disapprove of - for whatever reasons, valid or not.
This whole incident was probably preceded by a ton of gossip between you and the rest of the gang at the gym - A whole bunch of talk that geared you up for the right moment to blow up.
Just my feelings, and you can blame it on editing, but they can't edit you into looking like a complete baby-
They have to have some material to work with.
You gave them plenty of that.
Finally, the group dynamic is one of (seeming) friendship, and relationships between all of you are taken outside of the gym.
What makes the rest of the group think it's okay for them to flirt and mingle with one another, but that the same isn't true for Jackie?
Is it because she's the boss?
If the issue is that your boss shouldn't be dating a staff member, then quit. Guess what? She's the owner, too, and by your actions you have all consented to being more then just co-workers.
You support eachother at outside events, you have many social gatherings and connections-
Make a choice: live with the dynamic, ALL OF IT, or move on.

I love the show and you are my favorite. I think you have a nice sexy body to match the great personality and looks. I was shocked to see Jackie and Rebecca together. You were right to speak up. I was surprised that Jackie decided to hook up with an employee and friend. It will certainly create a different atmosphere at work. It could create havoc for everyone at the Spa. I hope that they both understand that when it is over so is the job for Rebecca. If they are really serious and they are a couple, then Rebecca should find another job. Jesse any guy that wins your heart will be very lucky. much happiness.

I was and am still deeply sadden by the loss of Doug. He was real and honest and truly cared for the greater world at large. I hope you step up and can also make a difference in the lives of so many. I see your passion and your love... It was great to see two people come to a place of peace on national T.V ( i am hoping it was not staged, just watching the show for the two seasons, I don't believe your show would play head games... or at least that is my wish...

Jesse,

I will say that I enjoy you being with this facility and representing gay America so well. You are not really focused on being a certain way to get it across, moreover you just are who you are- and that is a vivid and great portrayal for the audience. I think this is where I am suppose to say 'I love you'- however I do not know you personally, in order to mean it. lol.

Anyway, I was wondering if you might make a suggestion to whomever is the creator of this site to maybe make a link to an area that will include recipes for that designed 1400kcal diet. As mentioned perviously, I was curious to what the proportions of that shake were, and I will probably be if other cooking recipes are discussed further on the show.

Thank you for your time!

Hey Jesse,

Thanks for being a postive role model for gay men. Your previous conflict with Doug, concerning postive gay role models, gave me pause. I used to think it important to be 'str8' acting to be a postive role model. Your comments made me rethink myself and made me realize being a postive role model for gay men had more to do than with our mannerisms. At 47 years of age, thanks for making me realize you still can teach an old dog new tricks. BTW...maybe you have the most bodyfat than anyone else on the show, but that body fat is sizzling hot !! ; )
