Fitness Don'ts

Crash diets and cigarettes tend to be the most effective way of losing the weight. A great friend of mine, may she rest in peace, tried this grapefruit, raisen, and laxative diet. She lost over ten pounds in one week! As far as fitness is concerned -- try sprinting on the treadmill after wrapping yourself skin tight in plastic wrap, then top that with a full body sweat suit. After your run, head straight to the sauna, fully clothed.

So -- say good-bye to yummy treats ... and water... and hello to a new, thin you.

*Do not actually try anything suggested here. The above information does not portray the fitness beliefs that Bravo television or Sky Sport and Spa support. These are simply the rantings of a mad man who hasn't been able to have the amount of sugar he wants as a result of too many fat jokes thrown at him by Brian Peeler.

I watched an episode and saw the dedication memorial to Doug and I thought what? Then I watched again, perhaps out of sequence and wondered what was going on, no one seemed to be mourning. Did anyone go to the hospital? He said he was depressed in the birthday episode and it had all the forebearings of doom, he said that his parents had died young, I beleive he even said that he wouldn't have another birthday. It was so precognizant and sad. So shocking to find out that he actually died. We never know what we say to someone may be the last thing we say to them. Sometimes reality TV is too real, or perhaps too editied. I do hope that Doug's passing was more heartfelt than the series projected. I know nothing more than what I see on the TV-but the situation seemed so sad. On an upbeat, I love the series and can't get enough of what all the trainers are going to do next. For the most part, I find it outrageous and fun.

You are not fat or Chubby. Your just cute. Your the little brother that a person has never had. You did make me giggle when you didnt want to take off your shirt at the beach. My chubby sons do that when they are around the swimming pool.
Your sooo cute!

That was funny Jesse, I'm trying to diet as well and I want sugar....I'm so addicted to sweets. It's very hard to leave them behind, but you look great on tonight's reunion show!

hey, there is no other best way on losing weight except to change your whole life. It is not just diet and its not just exercise; its the mind and body at one!

Over all, I think that all the trainers have there own way of doing there job as trainers that they are. In my opinion, the whole season with all the trainer, it touch me in a very big way that it made me a different person in every single way.And as for you JESSE you look so good in shape or out of shape you still smoking hot!!! :0)
