Well, well, well, here we are once again.
The new season of Work Out is getting ready to premiere, all the trainers are preparing for the shock that a new season always brings and Jackie Warner is either preparing an emergency escape trip to an un-named tropical island or chilling a bottle of expensive champagne in her state of the art refrigerator nested in her beautiful kitchen in her beautiful home in the Hollywood Hills.
You see, nobody on the cast knows what to expect with a new season. Of course, there are suspicions, expectations, and theories ... but until we see the new episodes on television with the rest of America ... we don't know what to fully expect.
To prepare for this exciting television event, I am armed and ready with plenty of antacids, lavender stress release products, and my favorite suicide hot line number (ask for Kellie -- she's the best).
I can say with certainty only one thing, that this season will be a great deal different from the previous two, because everyone has changed quite a bit from last year. Many people have grown up ... and many people have ... let's just say ... "NOT?"
The one exciting element, which at it's core is the greatest attribute of this show, is that there will be a great deal of positive life changes for many involved.
So -- buckle up, and prepare yourself ... this season of Work Out promises to be a wild ride.
Graduate of the Cordon Bleu, personal trainer to the elite, and all-around good guy, Jesse shares his thoughts on life, love, and the pursuit of happiness.
